Aplus.Net is starting 2006 with an array of new products, including the eCommerce Booster for Miva5. This tool helps search engines, like Google and Yahoo, index pages of websites that would otherwise not be indexed. As more web pages are indexed, your website climbs the search results list (with respect to the relevant keywords), and that gets your business more exposure and brand recognition on the Web. Aplus.Net has also added extra design options for customers’ sites, including the Weather Toolbar, as well as the RSS Feed Reader, which automatically pulls content from sites like CNN.com and displays it on your site. In our continuous efforts to improve our customer service, Aplus.Net has developed an internal tool to expedite customer service interactions, and is releasing it this month!  With the capability to recognize  phone numbers of incoming customer calls, Veleka IVR generates customer records within seconds of the call. That is, Aplus.Net’s already low less-than-a-minute hold time will be drastically reduced.  This tool is meant to improve efficiency and provide a faster, more convenient method of addressing customer issues.
