Aplus.Net’s Recent Push For Customer Feedback
Aplus.Net is currently making an aggressive effort to gather and implement customer feedback:
1) We have streamlined our in-house process for collecting
and analyzing customer suggestions. All feedback, whether presented
to a support or sales rep, escalation manager, or billing clerk,
is now being transferred to the appropriate department more
efficiently than ever before!
2) We are focusing on using the ranking system in our Knowledge
Base library for gauging which documents are useful and
which documents should be rewritten. We want to make sure that
you have access to the most helpful information at all times.
3) We have introduced online ranking for all Control Panel
tools. We urge you to use it as much as possible. We are constantly
monitoring the results and are committed to improving the tools
with poor rankings.
4) We have launched online ranking for our Sales and Support
staff!
- Online chat ranking - Your input regarding which sales and support reps are the most helpful will allow us to train our staff accordingly, thereby making our services even higher in quality!
- Email support ranking - Your feedback, which is
tied to the rep with whom you correspond, will enable us to build on our strengths
and work on our weaknesses. We want to serve you better!

- Phone support ranking - You will soon be able
to use your phone keypads to report your level of satisfaction after your support
call. We are looking forward to catering our phone support services to your
needs!
