Beginning June 1, 2008, all communication regarding account, support, and billing issues must be submitted directly via your Aplus.Net control panel. The email addresses support@aplus.net and billing@aplus.net will no longer be in service as of this date.
This change is necessary in order to better safeguard the security of our customers’ accounts. The new system will help to ensure that only authorized and authenticated users can request account changes, thus preventing third parties from making unwanted changes to your account. This change will also improve Aplus.Net’s support system by enabling us to better track and access the history of customer transactions.
