Effective immediately, the Cedant website is being replaced with the main Aplus.net website. But don't worry! You'll still experience the same great customer service just under a new name. - Why did Cedant transition into Aplus.net?
Aplus.net has been the parent company of Cedant for approximately five years. Due to the continued growth and success of Aplus.net, we have decided bring Cedant customers into the Aplus.net brand so we can focus our resources and provide the best service possible to all customers.
- Will my plans or services be affected?
All Cedant services will remain unaffected with the exception of the reseller and affiliate programs.
- What if I am a Cedant reseller or affiliate?
Unfortunately, we will be discontinuing the Cedant reseller and affiliate programs. We highly recommend you sign up as an Aplus.net reseller or affiliate. To learn more visit http://www.aplus.net/resellers/.
- Where will I go to log in to my control panel?
You will still log in to your control panel at http://cp.cedant.com.
- Will I be able to make additional Cedant purchases?
No, all future purchases will be made under Aplus.net. Visit http://www.aplus.net to view our services or contact an Aplus.net sales representative at 877.APLUS.NET.
- Whom should I contact for support?
You will now be served by the Aplus.net support team. To learn about the various support options available to you, please visit http://www.aplus.net/support/.
- Which company will my invoices come from?
You will still be billed under the Cedant name for your current services. Any new services will be billed as Aplus.net.
