Quality Assurance Specialist

JOB SUMMARY

The Quality Assurance Specialist responsibility is to ensure that Aplus.Net services provided by our Associates meet quality standards and exceeds customer expectations. The Quality Assurance Specialist co-ordinates the activities required to meet this aim. 

The QA Specialist also promotes quality achievement and performance improvement throughout Aplus.Net; sets QA compliance objectives, assesses Aplus.Net product specifications and customer requirements and ensures that targets are achieved.

QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE

• The Quality Assurance Specialist must have three or more years of Quality Assurance experience and through knowledge of Web Hosting products and services.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• The QA Specialist will work with Customer Care, Billing and Sales to develop and manage a QA system and measure quality performance against set indicators.  This position advises on how our Customer Care, Billing and Sales Associates are performing and will publish data and reports regarding company performance against these set indicators.
• The QA Specialist liaisons with managers and staff throughout Aplus.Net to ensure that the QA System is functioning properly. Where appropriate, the QA Specialist advises on changes and their implementation and provides training, tools and techniques to enable others to achieve quality.
• The QA Specialist will establish clearly defined quality methods/ procedures for Aplus.Net Associates to apply.  They will work with Customer Care, Billing and Sales Specialists in setting up and maintaining quality controls and documentation.
• The QA Specialist will work with the Corporate Director of Training in identifying relevant quality-related training needs
• The QA Specialist will collate and analyze performance data and charts against defined parameters; ensuring procedures are properly understood, carried out and evaluated and that service modifications are investigated if necessary.
• The QA Specialist  will work with Aplus.Net technical staff in carrying out tests and checks; then will bring together staff of different disciplines and help the group to plan, formulate and agree on comprehensive quality procedures and  establish standards of service for customers or clients.

EDUCATION:
Some College Computer Science or work related experience
