JOB SUMMARY

The TeleSales Representatives will be responsible for Aplus.Net Web Image inside sales products and services.

In this position TeleSales Representatives will regularly call customers to inform about current promotional Web Image product offers and suggests new products and technologies, utilizing consultative sales techniques. 

QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE
The ideal candidate will have a demonstrated history of excelling in inside-sales or customer service environment with advanced levels of multi-tasking skills are required; effective intra-departmental interaction is critical; and superior customer and internal company relationship building abilities are needed.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Negotiating competitive pricing with customers, within limits or contracts, to achieve the sale.
• Placing customer orders over the phone and closing sales transactions. 
• Contacting inactive accounts to learn the reason the practice is not placing orders, and offer improved pricing or service to regain the business. 
• Remaining aware and knowledgeable of promotional programs, competitive products, and merchandising-marketing practices. 
• Attending product training sessions, and learning product details and key selling points of products and technologies. 
• Addressing and handling customer complaints - Assisting customers in resolving product-related technical questions.

EDUCATION:
Requires 1-4 years of experience in sales or in a related area.
